As an internal communications professional, I have spent the past 17 years helping companies increase their internal communications reach, impact and efficiency by providing a range of services and digital technologies. 

As the President of Trident Communications LLC, our team provided internal communications services to organizations in a wide variety of sectors. Our services included: program development, editorial, design, print publications, video, collateral and digital toolkits. 

Among Trident's internal communications clients: Accenture, ESPN, United Technologies, Merck, Conoco Phillips, BAYADA Home Healthcare, National Grid, Bayer Pharmaceuticals St. Clare's Hospital and BP. 

Among Trident's toolkit clients: Ally Financial, HP, Novartis, John Hancock, NY Presbyterian Hospital, GE Aviation, Eaton Vance, NJ DEP,  Capital Blue Cross, Freddie Mac, US Army, Main Line Health and CitiMD.

Today, I have transitioned to the role of individual contributor, providing consulting and editorial services, and assembling specialized teams to work on larger projects. This has allowed me greater flexibility as well as the ability to offer more cost effective solutions. 

I believe in giving back and in support of my community, I have served two terms as the President of the New York Chapter of the IABC (International Association of Business Communicators) and have held multiple Board positions over ten years. I have been quoted on the topic of business communication in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Harvard Business Review, Ragan Communications and SHRM. I also conduct workshops and have been spoken on internal communications at conferences across the US.
