Conducts Communications Survey for ConocoPhillips
One year ago, ConocoPhillips
created a new magazine, Spirit, to
connect current and former employees and
their families with the company’s activities.
The magazine was tastefully designed with
strong imagery, current topics of interest
to both old and new readers and a spacious
layout. Now, on the magazine’s first
anniversary, ConocoPhillips wanted to know
what its top executives thought about Spirit.
The company turned to Trident Communications
to find the answers.
“We worked closely with Ray Scippa
at ConocoPhillips to create a survey that
would provide the maximum amount of feedback
in a format that facilitated a quick and
easy response,” said Rob Drasin, President
of Trident Communications. The survey also
allowed respondents to provide long-form
responses so that topics could be addressed
in more detail, he added.
“The Trident survey was an effective tool in gathering feedback on the
direction, content, look and feel of the magazine, which I am happy to say
scored well in all categories,” said Scippa. “Based on the results
of the survey, we continue to move forward with the magazine and will use the
feedback we received to further increase its value to readers.”
